The problem: need to disover new heuristics.
Detour: heuristics -- what are they? space/tree/new relns among them.

Show the remedy -- representing heuristics as concepts.
Problems encountered: heuristic discovery as noting simple
	relationships among well-chosen slots.
Hence: must get the program to discover valuable new slots.
